Registering

How do I register for an event?

Browse Events, open the tournament you want and press Register. Team events take you through a short form: club details, the full squad sheet (name, IC, jersey number, position) and a review step. Individual and doubles events ask for your own details and, for doubles, your partner's. You then pay online and your entry is confirmed on screen with a reference like TMY-260916-4821.

The whole thing takes about five minutes if you have your squad list ready. Questions? WhatsApp 017-975 4073 or email info@tournamy.com.

Do I need an account to register for an event?

No. There are no accounts and no passwords on Tournamy — you register as a guest and everything you need is on your confirmation screen and in the payment receipt Billplz emails you. Keep your TMY reference; it identifies your entry whenever you contact the organiser.

How will I receive my registration confirmation?

On screen, immediately — the confirmation page shows your entry reference (TMY-…), category and amount. Billplz also emails you a payment receipt automatically. Your entry sits in the event's central entry list, which the organiser works from directly, so there is nothing to print or post.

Can I cancel or change my registration?

Entry fees are non-refundable once paid, and entries cannot be transferred to another team. If a player changes or a detail needs correcting after you submit, contact the organiser (or Tournamy on 017-975 4073 / info@tournamy.com) with your TMY reference and the change will be made for you. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be contacted directly about the options.

How can I contact customer support?

Call or WhatsApp 017-975 4073, or email info@tournamy.com. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Quote your TMY entry reference if your question is about a registration.

What does a team entry need?

Club or team details, a manager's contact number and email, and the full roster: each player's name, IC number, jersey number and position, with one player flagged as captain. The form enforces the event's squad-size minimum and maximum and rejects duplicate jersey numbers, so it is worth having the list ready before you start. You confirm PDPA consent at the last step.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment runs through Billplz, Malaysia's online payment platform: FPX online banking for every major Malaysian bank, debit and credit cards, and e-wallets. Tournamy never sees your banking details. Your entry is marked paid automatically the moment your bank confirms — usually within seconds.

What happens after I pay?

Billplz confirms the payment to our server and your entry flips to paid on its own — usually within seconds. Your confirmation screen shows the entry reference (TMY-…) and the place is counted against the event's capacity straight away. Billplz emails its own receipt to the payer. Keep the reference: the technical committee quotes it on every list.

How long do I have to pay?

An entry that has been started but not paid holds its place for 48 hours. Reopen your checkout link and pay any time within that window. After 48 hours the entry expires and the slot is released to the next team.

Live scores

What if the event is full?

Every event page shows a live places-remaining counter. Slots are first come, first served: an entry holds its place for 48 hours while payment is pending, and releases it automatically if it isn't paid. If an event shows as full, check back later — released slots reappear — or contact the organiser to ask whether the field will be expanded.

How do I stay updated on new events?

The Events page always lists what's open for entry, and the Live scores page shows what's being played right now. Follow @tournamy_ on Instagram for announcements of new tournaments.

How do live scores work?

The organiser's technical team publishes each score once from the scoring desk at the venue. The live scores page, the event's standings and the knockout bracket update from that single entry, and spectator screens refresh on their own every few seconds — no reloading. Corrections are published the same way and show immediately.

Which sports can Tournamy score?

Two scoring formats are built in: goals-based (football, futsal, hockey, basketball, netball) and set-based (badminton, tennis, volleyball, pickleball). Group standings use points and tie-breakers set per event, and knockout brackets fill in from confirmed results. Non-scored activities can still be listed with registration and a schedule.

Where do I find results after the event?

On the event's own page. Final standings, the bracket, every result and the champions stay there permanently, and the event moves to the Past events section of the calendar. Nothing is taken down when a season ends.

Organisers

Which sports and events does Tournamy run?

Tournamy hosts tournaments for organisers across Negeri Sembilan and Malaysia — hockey, futsal and football today, and the platform is built for both goal-based sports (football, futsal, hockey, basketball, netball) and set-based racquet sports (badminton, tennis, volleyball, pickleball). Every event's page states its venue, dates, categories and fee.

Can organisers get their own login?

Yes. Each tournament listed on Tournamy can have its own organiser account for the scoring desk, so your technical team publishes scores, corrections and fixture changes for your event only. We set the account up with the event and walk the desk through it before match day.
