List your event on Tournamy

Send us the sport, the dates and the format. We build the event on Tournamy and hand your technical team a scoring desk they can run from a phone at the venue. Here is what gets set up for you.

• Categories and age groups — open, women’s, under-18 down to under-10, singles or doubles draws, each with its own field of entrants.
• Entry fees and slots — a fee per team or per player, a cap on the field, and a closing date after which entries stop automatically.
• Registration forms — team entries collect the club, manager and — now or later — the full roster with jersey numbers and IC; individual entries collect category and partner. Paid online through Billplz.
• Schedule and venues — match times, pitches or courts, and a public schedule that follows you when a fixture moves.
• Live scoring desk — your officials publish each score once. Standings recalculate, brackets fill in and every spectator screen updates.
• Results archive — when the whistle goes on the last match, the champions, tables and every result stay on the site for good.

Set-up usually takes about a week from the day your details reach us. Nothing to install, no spreadsheets to keep in sync. Message us with “List my event” and we will come back with a plan and a fee.
